About our Cabernet Franc..

War Cry is a tribute to the warrior's state of mind going into battle, "don't be afraid" for this is it, you must fight a good fight. Like in life, in any battle to be fought we must go in with a warrior's spirit.

Cabernet Franc: Notes of violets and medieval herbs greet you on the nose, while the palate indulges you with ripe black berries and stewed plums with hints of rosemary & pepper dancing in the backdrop.

Aging: 18 Months in 10% New French Oak, and a combination of once used French and American Oak Barrels

Suggested Pairings: Short ribs, lamb, polenta with tomatoes.
