Desert Bloom Sauvignon Blanc is a tribute to the Colorado river that flows through the Grand Valley and allows us to bloom in the desert.  The valley is an ancient river bed that  is scattered with dense river rock.  This environment gets picked up in the essence of the grape and gives this wine a beautiful minerality. Focused, crisp, and fresh.  Desert Bloom is the perfect wine for those hot summer evenings.
